（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須具備有效的GB/T19001（ISO9001）質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書。如果有國家相關(guān)部門發(fā)布的最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)，投標(biāo)時須提供證書復(fù)印件。B.
